LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
No. A Medical Management Company typically holds financial or ownership interest in the clinics it refers patients to. We have zero ownership stake in any of our 20 network clinics. Every clinic is independently owned and operated by a licensed chiropractor with full clinical autonomy. We are a coordination network only — we handle logistics, not clinical decisions.
Yes. Texas barratry law prohibits paying attorneys for case referrals. We never pay attorneys in any form — no cash, no gifts, no reciprocal arrangements. Our coordination fee is paid exclusively by the clinics in our network. This structure was specifically designed for Texas barratry compliance.
We comply with the AKS 25-mile safe harbor provision for transportation. All Uber Health rides are provided within a 25-mile radius of the treating clinic. Transportation is provided to all patients equally — not conditioned on referral volume or any other factor.
Zero. Every clinic in our network is independently owned. We have no equity, no revenue share from clinical services, and no financial interest in settlement outcomes. Our only revenue is the flat coordination fee paid by clinics.
COSTS & CONTRACTS

Nothing for coordination or transportation. Clinic treatment fees are covered by PIP, med pay, or on a lien basis — same as any PI chiropractic provider. No out-of-pocket costs specific to our network.
THE SERVICE
48–72 hours from request. We use standardized attorney-formatted templates, digital charting, and dedicated medical scribes at every clinic. You receive: SOAP notes, narrative summary, causation language, full treatment history, and MMI status — all in a single PDF delivered via email.
95%. Industry average without transportation is approximately 65%. The 30-point difference comes from Uber Health — we pre-schedule rides to every appointment for clients who need transportation. No-show rate drops to near zero when the barrier is removed.
Our 20 clinics cover the entire Houston metro — Heights to Baytown, Katy to League City, Humble to Pearland. No client should be more than 15 minutes from a network clinic. If a client is genuinely outside our coverage area, we'll tell you upfront rather than overpromise.

We transfer their care to the nearest network clinic to their new address. Treatment continues without interruption. You're notified of the transfer automatically.

All personal injury cases — auto accidents, slip and fall, workplace injuries, and any case requiring chiropractic care. We specifically welcome stalled cases: clients who stopped attending, have treatment gaps, or face transportation barriers. Those are our specialty.
